If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, follow the steps listed below:

1. Notify us of the product you are returning within 30 days of the purchase date. Either call us at 808-284-7634 or e-mail us at sales@daStore.com . Please have your order & item number ready.

2. We will give you a return authorization number. This number MUST be on the outside of the box for us to accept the return.

You will receive credit for 100% of your purchase or you can exchange it for another item. You will have a choice of a full refund or even exchange. If item returned is deemed defective, shipping is on us for returning the package and shipping you a new one .
 
Note: We are not able to give refunds or credit on media such as DVD's and CD's. However, if your product is defective we will be more than happy to replace it.
