1. Notify us of the product you are returning within 30 days of the purchase date. Either e-mail us at sales@daStore.com or call us toll free at 1-888-333-0217 (email works best) . Please have your order & item number ready.

2. We will give you a return authorization number. This number MUST be on the outside of the box for us to accept the return.

You will receive a refund for 100% of your purchase or you can exchange it for another item. You will have a choice of a full refund or even exchange. If the item returned is deemed defective, shipping is on us for returning the package and shipping you a new one.
