How much does it cost for shipping?
Free! We offer free shipping on all of our decals. 

Can I make an order over the phone?
We are a small team of people working hard to get orders out within 24 hours of order time. Ordering online is your fastest and most effective way of placing an order with us but if you feel more comfortable placing your order over the phone, give us a call. Call 1-888-333-0217 (toll free) and we'll be more than happy to take your order over the phone as well as answer any questions you may have.

Will I have to pay Sales Tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders that are shipped within California.

How do I know that my information is secure?
Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and the best available today for highly secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, address, so that it cannot be read as the information flows over the Internet.

Is my information kept private?

How long will it take to get my package?
In most cases your order will leave our warehouse in California within 24 hours of being placed. It may take 2-3 business days depending on order volume. Once it has been shipped, please allow 3-6 additional days of transit time. Our California location puts us in a prime location to get your order to you as soon as possible which means that your package will in most cases make it to you within 2 business days.
 
What forms of payment do you guys accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept Google Checkout and Paypal payments. If you have any questions about payment please feel free to contact us.

How do I track my order?
Click on the "Order Status" link at the top of the page. You will need the email address and password you gave to us when you made your order.

Can you ship my order internationally?
We do not provide International shipping at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
